Calibration is key to boost your productivity with high quality and a safe and traceable process. Delta Cart 2 offers a wide torque range from 0,2 to 2.000 Nm with 4 static transducers. You can design your own Delta Cart to suit your specific needs or choose from the selected models.

  • For complete life span: By performing capacity test (Cm/Cmk) before tool is introduced into production, or monitoring tool performance during production assembly process by performing Statistic Process Control (SPC) test.

  • Ergonomic: Easy to move on production line, with his wheel & all adapters, ergonomic bars. Print out labels to attest of tools validity until next calibration.

  • Ease of use: Organize and follow routes from station to station, with users access rights management. Store results of tests in a local database to prove that the necessary audits of the line were conducted. ​

  • Kövesse az SPC X/R diagramokat, hogy figyelemmel kísérje a gép állapotát, és eldöntse, mikor kell beállítani vagy javítani.
  • Állítsa be az eszközt belső szabványai alapján (mintavételezés / gyakoriság / specifikációk).
  • Tárolja a vizsgálatok eredményeit egy helyi adatbázisban annak bizonyítására, hogy a vonal szükséges ellenőrzéseit elvégezték.
  • Nyomtasson ki címkéket az eszközök érvényességének igazolására a következő kalibrálásig.
  • A pad 4 cellával van felszerelve, hogy lefedje az üzemében alkalmazott nyomatékok tartományát.
